Conversion statement
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informative display of prices in other currencies. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. - After the order is confirmed, the order enters the processing status. The order processing period is usually 24 hours. All orders sent on weekends will be processed on the first working day of next week. From that moment, the delivery deadline is 7 working days for the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
- Deliveries are not made on public holidays.
Pick up the shipment
DHL Express courier service delivers shipments to the delivery address in the period from 8am-7pm. Please ensure that there is a person at the address who can pick up the shipment during this period. When picking up the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the package to ensure that there is no visible damage. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately. If the shipment is seemingly undamaged, you are free to pick up the shipment and sign the courier’s address book. The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. It is common practice that if the courier does not find you at the address, he will call you on the phone you left when creating the purchase order and arrange a new delivery date. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and agree on resending.

Complaints
Complaints of damage in transport
It is very important that you immediately report any damage in transport, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivered the goods to you. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
If you notice such damage, do not sign the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt of the shipment.
Complaints about data or the wrong type of goods
If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not match the ordered or invoice data is not appropriate, please, no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment, call +381 64 39 35 197, or send e-mail with your data (name, surname, phone) to e-mail vasilija.official@gmail.com and describe what problem you have. As soon as possible, we will respond to the consumer’s complaint and inform you of further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment of its registration.
Complaints and replacement products for others
The product can be replaced with another within the legal deadline, provided that it is not damaged and used, and the costs of return are borne by the buyer.

In case of replacement of the product with another size, the seller is obliged to make a replacement if that product exists in stock. If the purchased product for which a replacement is requested does not exist in stock at that time, the seller is obliged to replace the product with another at the request of the buyer, with a possible surcharge or refund of the difference in price. In case of non-existence of the possibility of exchange, the seller is obliged to return the money to the buyer, and the costs of return are borne by the buyer.
