Delivery of goods and possible restrictions

Pick up the shipment

If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately. If the shipment is seemingly undamaged, you are free to pick up the shipment and sign the courier’s address book. The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. It is common practice that if the courier does not find you at the address, he will call you on the phone you left when creating the purchase order and arrange a new delivery date. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and agree on resending.

Complaints of damage in transport
It is very important that you immediately report any damage in transport, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivered the goods to you. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
If you notice such damage, do not sign the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt of the shipment.
Complaints about data or the wrong type of goods

As soon as possible, we will respond to the consumer’s complaint and inform you of further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment of its registration.
Complaints and replacement products for others
The product can be replaced with another within the legal deadline, provided that it is not damaged and used, and the costs of return are borne by the buyer.

If the purchased product for which a replacement is requested does not exist in stock at that time, the seller is obliged to replace the product with another at the request of the buyer, with a possible surcharge or refund of the difference in price. In case of non-existence of the possibility of exchange, the seller is obliged to return the money to the buyer, and the costs of return are borne by the buyer.
